This is my contest entry for :iconwinnie-beatles: contest! It's Toph and Sokka as cats! :aww: I used new material too! I got thesewatercolor pencils, you color with them, then add water, and they look like you used watercolors! They are soooooooooooooooooo cool! But it's the first time I'm using them, so I'll have to do some more drawings with these...

Purrrrr:love: So cute ^^ Interesting tools you used, since it gives it such a natural feeling unlike pure digital work. I like the overall look of it, such as the silhouette type bodies and closed eyes. One little criticism would be the bump on Sokkitty (hehe :D) on his body. It stands out a bit, pulling your view away from the piece as a whole. You might have thought it could be the shape of his hind leg within the silhouette, but you didnt do it for Toph. Just saying that you should keep within one decision if this was the case. Either way, nice picture and good luck on the contest :D

Wow first advanced critique (I don't know if it's spelled like that) I ever got. Yes, the bump is suposed to be Sokkitty's hind leg, I just realized I didn't do that with Tophkitty...Thanks!

No problem^^ I try to be helpful without sounding mean :P But the thing is my pieces are far from perfect, so I appreciate critique as well as long as its helpful and about the work rather than me (have had some comments on youtube directed directly at me rather than at my video :( )
